This page explains which data is processed and why when you visit divarci.com.tr. The site shows no ads, and data is never sold or shared for advertising.
Data controller
The site owner, Özgür Mustafa Divarcı, is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You can reach him at the email address below for any request.
Contact form and mailing list
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, message and selected project types are stored only to reply to you. To prevent abuse, your IP address is not stored; only an irreversible, keyed hash of it is kept. The email address you enter in the "Notify me" list on the tools page is used only to announce new tools. You can ask for this data to be deleted at any time by email.
Cookie-free visit statistics
To understand how the site is used, anonymous statistics are kept on our own server: the page viewed, active time on the page, how far down it was viewed, links and buttons clicked, the domain of the referring site, device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) and site language. This system uses no cookies or browser storage and does not record your IP address. To count visits within a day, a one-way hash is created from your IP address and browser details with a random key that changes daily; because the key is deleted every day, visits on different days cannot be linked. If "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" is enabled in your browser, no statistics are kept. Records are deleted automatically after 180 days.
Microsoft Clarity (only with your consent)
If you consent, Microsoft Clarity is loaded, letting us see clicks, scrolling and mouse movement as heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity uses cookies for this (e.g. _clck, _clsk) and masks text in form fields by default. The data is processed by Microsoft and may be stored on servers outside Türkiye; this transfer is based on your explicit consent. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details. If you decline, Clarity is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
Third-party content
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google. Project pages embed content from Behance (Adobe); when you open it, Adobe may use its own cookies. The Turkish font finder loads previews of fonts from Google Fonts.
Stored in your browser
Your theme (light/dark), language and cookie preferences are kept only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to the server. Images and files you use in the tools are never uploaded; all processing happens in your browser.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Heroku, owned by Salesforce, on servers in the European Union region. The server may keep short-lived technical logs (e.g. request time and address) for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and object to processing.
