Frequently asked questions
Which resolution should I choose?
150 DPI is enough for screens and social media. Choose 300 DPI for print or when small text must stay sharp; the files get larger.
JPG or PNG?
JPG gives smaller files for photo-heavy pages. PNG is sharper for pages with text, tables and drawings.
Can I convert password-protected PDFs?
Password-protected PDFs can't be opened. Save the PDF without a password in your own app first.
The text in my PDF doesn't look right.
The tool uses the fonts embedded in the PDF. In rare cases, custom fonts that aren't embedded are shown with a similar font.
